Programs 98.9 North West FM Electronicawith Vanessa & ChloeProgram description Wednesdays 8 pm - 9 pm Our show is centred around sharing all kinds of electronic music. We aim to play many subgenres of EDM, ranging from very upbeat dance music to ambient and downtempo songs. We are also eager to showcase lots of Australian artists as well as international, from a range of release dates. We also aim to play some older tracks - particularly from artists that pioneered EDM, alongside discussions surrounding the history behind the genre and subgenres. However, our primary focus will be around promoting newer artists and music. Melbourne has a growing dance music scene and we want to contribute to this by interviewing local DJs, musicians, organisers and discussing upcoming events in our programme. It is also a goal for us to highlight events that have a diverse line-up and that value representation and inclusivity within the music scene. Artists commonly played on this show
